These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of gamehoard.in (the "Site") operated by GameHoard. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

The Site and its games are provided free of charge for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.

2. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • copy, reproduce, republish, frame or redistribute our games or content on another website or app without our written permission;
  • attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or networks;
  • use automated systems, bots or scripts to access the Site in a way that sends more requests than a person could reasonably produce;
  • click on advertisements artificially or encourage others to do so;
  • reverse engineer the Site except where permitted by law.

3. Intellectual property

All games, code, graphics, text, logos and other content on the Site are owned by or licensed to GameHoard and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. Our game names and the GameHoard name and logo may not be used without our permission.

4. Scores and local data

High scores and settings are stored in your browser only. We do not guarantee their availability and are not responsible for their loss.

5. Advertising and third parties

The Site may display advertisements served by third parties such as Google AdSense and may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services. Your dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or remove any game or part of the Site at any time, without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. See also our Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GameHoard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

9. Health notice

Some games use flashing lights and fast-moving visuals. If you or anyone in your household has a history of epilepsy or photosensitive seizures, consult a doctor before playing. Take regular breaks.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
